Since buying his first house at the age of 19 Michael has always had a keen eye on the property market and its trends, being able to identify the highs and lows, the growth areas and the potential for future development have seen Michael trade over a dozen properties of his own.

Michael’s talent for the real Estate market can be seen through the considerable Million dollar sales he has achieved for his clients, with a record sale for $2.1 million for a Villa at the Keppel Bay Marina, “that was one of the highest recorded sales here on the Capricorn Coast for that year and a personal milestone for myself to date” earlier this year I set another personal record for selling 24 properties in 20 days. His skills not only lie with residential properties he has enormous experience with project marketing sales where he sold 20 units in the now completed Beaches on Lammermoor unit complex along with numerous unit sales in the Capricorn Blue and Melbourne Place complexes.

Michael contributes his success to living in one of the most beautiful places in Queensland, where every day is a beautiful day; you only have to listen to his mobile phone message to understand his passion for the area in which he lives. “How amazing is it to be able to wake up and see such a beautiful coast line surrounded by magical beaches, be 30 min to the tropical rainforests of Montville and Melany, or 90min to Brisbane, or 2 hours direct to Sydney or Melbourne.
My perspective of the Sunshine Coast is a great place to live with a growing yet tight nit community; Buderim is a town where you can make it what you want it to be. With amazing schools and its close proximity to almost everything, it’s almost always sunny and it is what I like to say just another beautiful day on the Sunshine Coast.
I believe prices will eventually return and continue to go up, and for investors it’s always about timing and for the home owners it’s not always about the timing but more the value and the lifestyle that can be achieved in such a beautiful place … so how could you go wrong when there is such a great lifestyle on offer here, with the south east growing at an alarming rate…it’s not hard to understand why there are more and more people moving here every day wanting a piece of what’s on offer, how could you not be excited by that?
