Patersons Cooking School is owned and operated by Demi and Will Paterson (Will is one of our Dive Club members). Their cooking instructors have many years’ experience, and will be able to guide you through, step by step. Starting from how to plan and prepare each dish, through to cooking and plating up.
After you have completed cooking, you'll be able to sit down and enjoy the dish you have created, in a dinner setting, with a glass of wine or beer (BYO).
